The WD1021 is an efficient synchronous step-down converters with ultra-low quiescent current of typical 360 nA. The device provides high efficiency at light load down to 10 μA. The input voltage ranges from 2.2V to 5.5V. The output voltage is programmable between 1.2V and 3.3V. The WD1021 delivers output current 400 mA, peak to 0.8 A.

The peak current operation with internal compensation allows the transient response to be optimized over a wide range of loads and output capacitors.

The WD1021 is available in a CSP-8L package. Standard products are Pb-free and Halogenfree.
