OMNIVISION’s OG01A1B backside-illuminated, global-shutter image sensor combines a 2.2 micron pixel size with near-infrared (NIR) performance for blur-free motion capture under low-light conditions. The 1-Mpixel sensor provides a resolution of 1280×1024 pixels at 120 fps and 640×480 pixels at 240 fps in a 1/5 in. optical format.

Housed in a compact 6.5×5.7-mm automotive chip-scale package (CSP), the OV2778 2-Mpixel image sensor from OMNIVISION enables unobtrusive camera placement for in-cabin monitoring. The 1080p sensor is based on the company’s 2.8-micron OmniBSI™-2 Deep Well™ pixel technology, which leverages 65-nm design rules, a 300-mm wafer process, and backside illumination for enhanced image quality.
