OmniVision's CameraCubeChipô is an innovative solution that uses advanced chip-scale-package technology to integrate wafer level optics with CMOS image sensors. OmniVision's proprietary stacking technology enables the bonding of wafer level optics with the silicon wafer in a single step. The completed product, the CameraCubeChip, offers the full functionality of image sensing, processing and output in a single chip.
