SUNNYVALE, CA — June 3, 2003 — OMNIVISION Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: OVTI), a market-leading independent supplier of CMOS CameraChip™ solutions for high-volume imaging applications, will release fiscal 2003 fourth-quarter and year-end results after the market closes on Wednesday, June 11, 2003.

At 2 p.m. PDT (5 p.m. EDT) on Wednesday, June 11, 2003, the Company will also hold a teleconference to discuss the financial results and future plans and prospects.
