Gene McCown has agreed to delay his planned retirement and continue in the role of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. Michael Angel will not be continuing in Mr. McCown’s roles as previously announced. Mr. McCown will aid in the transition of responsibilities to a new successor to be identified later in 2003.
