Low Power Camera Bridge Processor for High Resolution Camera Phone Applications

The OV620 Camera Bridge processor is a low cost, low powered image processor, capable of supporting up to 3.0 megapixel sensors for high resolution, high quality cellular phone camera applications.

The OV620 Camera Bridge processor, together with a VGA, 1.3, 2.0 or 3.0 megapixel sensor forms a high resolution camera module specific for cellular phone applications. It may be attached to a companion Application Engine or baseband processor.

Maximum pixel clock of up to 48 MHz

Compression mode pixel clock running at 1x, 1/2x, 1/4x or 1/8x

Embedded 512-Byte data memory
