Overview:

OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (Santa Clara) is looking for a talented, motivated individual who works well in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment to join our Marketing team as a Sr. Business Development Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

•Expert of the security camera market, technology trend, system know how, sensor product performance/specification requirement and design win process
•Develop system solution and manage reference design projects to enable the sale of image sensor products to the security market
•Work closely with local sales and FAE resources to get the design win
•Support existing customers and develop new customers to increase market share
•Identify new business opportunities. Communicate the security camera product and partnership requirement with HQ marketing and engineering team
•Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for the products
•Contribute to the company’s security product roadmap and partnership strategy
•Support major security trade shows and conferences

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in image sensor and/or security camera related industry
  • Master degree in engineering is required
  • Strong technical background with depth knowledge about security camera system. Hands-on image sensor experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to interact directly with customer and/or 3rd party partner
  • Ability to work with sales and local FAE in the field and drive design win process
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin language skills
  • Willing to travel 25%
